  • 6 slices bacon
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix (1 packet)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In the Instant Pot, sauté bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the pot.
  2. Add chopped chicken breasts to the pot; sauté until golden brown. Stir in ranch dressing mix.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  4. Release pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release. Shred chicken in the pot.
  5. Stir in uncooked pasta and heavy cream; cook on high pressure for another 5 minutes.
  6. Release any remaining steam, fold in shredded cheese until melted, and add crumbled bacon before serving.
