- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In the Instant Pot, sauté bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the pot.
- Add chopped chicken breasts to the pot; sauté until golden brown. Stir in ranch dressing mix.
- Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Release pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release. Shred chicken in the pot.
- Stir in uncooked pasta and heavy cream; cook on high pressure for another 5 minutes.
- Release any remaining steam, fold in shredded cheese until melted, and add crumbled bacon before serving.
