- 2 large eggs

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onions and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- Whisk remaining balsamic vinegar and ketchup; spread half over the meatloaf before baking.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C), brushing with remaining glaze halfway through. Let rest before slicing.
