Description

Mini quiches are the perfect bite-sized treat, blending flaky pastry with a rich, creamy filling. Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers)
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon or ham (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut circles to fit into greased muffin tin cups.
  3. Press each pastry circle into the muffin tin, leaving some overhang.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cheese, vegetables, and optional meats into each pastry cup.
  6. Pour the custard mixture until nearly full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffed.
